navCare was a group of 15 organizations and individuals who came together over 8 years to create 7 FREE downloadable resources to help people to:
1. navigate healthcare and other systems
2. negotiate the best care and services possible
3. mediate problems if they raised.
These 7 FREE resources are available on the navCare website. Individuals can download and print them off for personal use. Organizations can take the PDF files and adapt, edit and supplement with their own content specific to their own audience/ members. For example, a disease-specific organization might customize the content in these 7 documents for use by their members. This revision includes adding the organization's own logo, introduction, and fundraising information if they like.
